Sales can be undertaken with a national team of specialist companies or off market to a database of ready buyers. Leasing is as required and additionally we provide fit-out services to both Landlord and Tenant.
Our Property Management services comprise hands on management by our principal Nigel Smith and a small dedicated team of support staff and maintenance personnel including cleaning staff.
Our Property Management Trust Account is run by a fully qualified accountant Suzette Clarkson providing audited
accounting services.
You only ever deal with the one team who are fully dedicated to you and your property.
Many of our clients avail themselves of our complimentary pre-purchase market appraisal when they are considering a property purchase and our complementary DD services run in conjunction with yourself and your professionals on purchase
of a property.
Our fees are more than competitive and fair to both Landlord and Tenant.
